Updated: 10/14/2026

The Paramount Rx prescription discount card can lower what you pay for prescription medications at participating pharmacies across the United States. The card is ready to use as soon as you receive it and covers everyone in your household, with no age, income, or enrollment requirements. Just show it at the pharmacy counter with your prescription, and the pharmacist will apply the discounted price.

Please note that Paramount Rx is a discount program, not insurance. It doesn’t pay for your prescriptions. It reduces the price you pay at the pharmacy, and you’ll always be charged the lower of the discounted price or the pharmacy’s regular price.

The answers below explain how the card works and what to expect when you use it.
